Heat 4 tbsp,(30ml) oil add 2 tsp. mustardseeds. when cracking starts put off gas add a pich of asafoetida powder (hing) spread evenly over khaman dhokia pancake , sprinkie 4 tbsp fresh grated coconut and 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, serve with green chutney.
